My team was charged with curating the space where the NBPA’s draft combine meeting would be held. Our Player Journey campaign was a series of five touchpoints throughout the year to build the foundation for the players’ relationship with their new union. This thoughtfully curated fireside chat was the first step on that journey, and brought together veteran NBA players and hopefuls in an intimate setting that fostered community while relaying key NBPA messaging to help prospects navigate this momentous time in their lives. With a limited budget, and a short runway, I was able to lead a team in executing a memorable experience for our future NBPA union members.
